Brief: European Cars are a successful Hertfordshire based German car specialists. After many years based in Hertford relocation was required to a new purpose build location. Because of the distance between the old and new location their immediate concern was two fold retention of existing customers whilst updating and reviewing their identity without creating confusion.
Solution: After reviewing all marketing and communication collateral the decision was made to evolve the existing identity rather than change it. The business as seen existing customers continue to return and the new updated feel create a renewed interest in the services they supply.
