Brief: SIG Roofing required a loyalty scheme to engage with cash and smaller account customers.

Solution: The execution had to appeal to tradesmen, making them feel comfortable to engage with the brand, thus prompting them to want to sign up to the scheme. A range of collateral was created to communicate with customers through advertising, direct mail, in branch POS and HTML Emails for regular updates and offers.
